Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed for Different Sizes, Defected Products provided the item is unused, and original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. 

If you receive your product damaged, please contact at order@navaanchal.com or +91 92663 81285 to file a claim.
Kindly ensure that all packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim.
Any disputes regarding receiving the wrong product/size must be addressed within 48 hours with proof.

In case you have received a faulty product, we will definitely replace it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for customised, sale items, or gift cards.

We do not offer any refunds.
